We gather feedback provided by families to arrange collaborative training opportunities for multiple agencies, including topics such as trauma informed care/ best practices, strengths based client focused care, active listening, and how to integrate practices to avoid re-traumatization.
Common Referral /
Case Conferencing Committee
We streamline intake and referral processes among agencies to eliminate re-traumatization of clients and improve service delivery. We improve communication between organizations to facilitate case conferencing for families of great need.
